BlueCap Minerals is inviting a new member into our core team. We design, build and fly our own petrol-powered helicopter drones and airborne geophysics systems. You will work with existing clients, present our survey services together with us and join the crew on field missions.

BlueCap provides survey services. We never sell our equipment. Our aircraft and sensors are the tools we use to deliver the service.

MORE LIFE BEYOND THE SCREEN

If you want less time at a desk and more time discovering new places, meeting people and doing practical work, this could be a welcome change of pace. You may come from IT, engineering or another desk-based profession and be ready for a new direction. A geophysics qualification and drone-pilot licence are not required.

Most work is in Australia. Suitable overseas projects are considered together when the project, conditions, safety arrangements and travel work for the team. BlueCap organises approved travel, accommodation, meals, equipment and preparation, with attention to comfort and safety. These are working field trips with real responsibilities, supported by an experienced crew.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop relationships with our existing clients and geophysicists. Our CRM already contains contacts and correspondence history; conventional cold prospecting and building contact lists are not part of the role.
- Arrange meetings and discuss clients’ survey needs. You may make an initial visit independently; for fuller presentations and demonstrations we come together with the team and our field systems.
- Work with our pilots and geophysicists to shape a explicit survey scope and help maintain client and project continuity through delivery.
- Travel,



stay and work with the crew on agreed field missions. Take on practical tasks, learn alongside us and share your own experience. We provide role-specific training; qualified pilots handle flight operations.
- Bring client questions and field observations back to our engineers and geophysicists to help improve our systems and methods.

FLEXIBLE, INTERMITTENT PAID WORK

This is not continuous full-time work or a daily office schedule. Between trips, you work from home or your phone when there is something to handle. A week may pass without a new enquiry; on another day, five clients may get in touch. When there is no work, there is no expectation to fill the day with routine tasks or prospecting. We agree practical response expectations together.

Our own AI-assisted CRM, mobile app and AI agents already handle much of the routine work. You guide the assistants and remain responsible for client commitments, practical decisions and follow-through.

Client visits and field missions are an essential part of the position and require dedicated time with the team. Dates, duration and duties are planned together. Main client destinations include Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, and sometimes Darwin. Gold Coast is the listing location; work between trips is home-based.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Clear communication with clients and technical specialists, including written and spoken English.
- Initiative,



sound judgement and reliable follow-through.
- Experience taking responsibility for client relationships, projects or practical technical work.
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn and contribute in the field.
- Availability for agreed travel and field deployments, and ability to meet the safety requirements of the duties with training and support.

Basic familiarity with drones is useful. Experience in surveying, exploration, engineering, IT or another technical service business can be valuable. You do not need to be a geophysicist or drone pilot.

SHAPE THE ROLE AND COMPENSATION WITH US

Nobody has held this position at BlueCap before. We want your ideas about responsibilities, workload and how to organise the work. Possible arrangements include employment or contracting, a salary or regular base payment, project and field fees, or a combination; a performance bonus may also be agreed.

This is paid work, not commission-only. There is no published salary range or guaranteed continuous workload. Before work starts, we agree responsibilities, availability, pay and the treatment of travel and field time in writing. Suitable outside work may continue with openly agreed commitments and conflicts.

An additional share option may be offered after successful contribution and a proven mutual fit, with its grant and terms agreed separately.
