Associate Dentist – Shenton Park, WA

Experienced Dentists, ACD Graduates & New Graduates Welcome | Mentorship Available | 2–3 Days per Week

Shenton Park Family Dental is looking for a motivated and caring Associate Dentist to join our friendly, supportive team from early January 2027.

About Us

Shenton Park Family Dental is a welcoming family practice with a great mix of experienced clinicians, newer graduates and a fantastic auxiliary team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a relaxed yet professional environment, looking after patients of all ages.

Our services include general and emergency dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations and clear aligner orthodontics.

We have Trios scanner, Asiga 3D printer and OPG machine on site, with training provided in the use of these.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent position offering 2-3 days per week, with the opportunity to take over an established patient base. One of our current clinicians is embarking on a year of maternity leave and we need a practioner to continue the care of these and new patients now and after her return.

You’ll have the opportunity to care for our existing patient base, contine to expand your own patient book and develop your clinical skills in a supportive setting.

Your working days will include:

Mondays: Permanent 1 pm – 7 pm with casual 9/10am - 7pm when chair available

One full day on either Thursday or Friday (or can consider a half day of each)



- Thursday evening until 7pm can also be considered permanently or casually

Alternate half-day Saturdays (twice per month)

The position is available from the first week of January with an anticipated first day of Thursday 7th January 2027, although a start time of mid-January is possible for the right candidate.

Principal dentist support: Our principal dentist is available on Mondays to provide mentorship, guidance and assistance with case planning, as well as chair side assistance for potentially challenging appointments.

Ongoing guidance: Our experienced team is available to support you in person, by phone or via email whenever you need a hand.

Clinical development: Build your skills at a comfortable pace and focus on the treatments you feel confident providing, with opportunities to expand your clinical scope over time.
