Trident Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Aviation Security Site Manager to lead our aviation security operations at International and Domestic Airport located in Queensland Australia on a full time salaried basis.

About the Role

As the Aviation Security Site Manager, you will be accountable for the effective day to day management of aviation security operations at the site. You will champion the Trident Aviation Services brand, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, accountability, and customer service.

You will lead and support your team to deliver exceptional security outcomes while maintaining compliance with aviation security regulations and promoting Trident's Vision and Values.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage aviation security operations across the site

- Drive safety, security, and compliance standards





- Develop and mentor a high performing team

- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and airport partners

- Ensure operational efficiency and service excellence

- Foster a positive, engaged, and values driven workplace culture

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential

- Senior management experience, preferably within security, aviation, transport, or a similarly regulated environment

- Demonstrated leadership and people management capability

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities

- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentation

- Current ASIC Card or the ability to obtain one

Desirable

- Current Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification

- Previous experience within aviation security operations
