What You'll Be Doing You'll be an important part of our café team, helping us deliver great coffee and a welcoming experience every day.

- Make consistently great coffee, even when things get busy.
- Dial in the grinder and maintain coffee quality.
- Welcome customers and make them feel looked after.
- Keep your coffee station clean, stocked and organised.
- Help across the café with food service, the register, restocking and general café duties when coffee service allows.

We're a team-first business. Everyone has their responsibilities, but we all help each other out.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a coffee champion, but you do need to care about making a great cup of coffee.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You

- Have solid barista experience in a busy café.
- Know how to dial in a grinder and keep your coffee consistent.
- Stay calm, friendly and organised during busy periods.
- Are reliable, positive and take pride in your work.
- Enjoy being part of a team and are happy to lend a hand.
- Like the idea of working for a fresh, growing food and wellness brand.
