Job Description PMO Analyst Purpose: give a timely, transparent view of program status.
Seniority: Mid to senior.
Reports to: PMO lead.
Responsibilities • Produce status reporting and the steering committee pack.
• Maintain risk, issue, assumption and dependency registers.
• Build and own reporting tooling and processes.
• Pair with ASIC PMO staff so they run the reporting cycle.
Essential: PMO reporting and RAID management on large programs; robust data and reporting tool skills.
Desirable: Power BI or similar; Commonwealth reporting.
