OUTSTANDING NORTHERN HOTEL (NSW) PTY LTD, trading as West Kempsey Hotel, is a renowned hospitality venue on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We seek dedicated full time Chefs to manage daily kitchen operations, oversee lunch and dinner services, and mentor junior staff in a high-volume environment south of Kempsey.
The role requires a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
