IRT Aged Care Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Moruya, NSW.
You will deliver and coordinate nurse-led care, assess residents, and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan personalised care.
You'll uphold standards, document thoroughly, and support dementia, palliative and complex care needs with empathy and professionalism.
Current registration with AHPRA is required.
Solid communication, organisational skills and a genuine commitment to aged care will help
