RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort in Victoria's Yarra Valley is seeking a Chef de Partie – Breakfast to lead the breakfast section and help deliver high-quality dining experiences for members and guests.
You will oversee preparation, plating, and standards while supporting junior staff.
The role operates 6:00am-2:00pm on a rotating 7-day roster with uniform provided, subsidised meals, and prospects for career progression within RACV's hospitality network.
