We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Repairs Coordinator to join our Call Centre team. As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you will coordinate repairs, liaise with contractors, support tenants, and ensure maintenance services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

What you'll bring:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong administration and time management abilities

Experience managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
