Appoint Recruit is seeking an Electrical Training & Capability Coordinator to support a major Queensland Government road infrastructure team at the Nerang depot. The role blends electrical expertise with training and workforce development to strengthen capability across electrical, ITS and civil electrical disciplines.

You will coordinate training, update resources, coach apprentices, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives within a major infrastructure program.
