Escape IT Pty Ltd, an Adelaide-based IT service provider, is hiring an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) for a full time hybrid role based in Mile End, SA, with some work‐from‐home flexibility.
You will handle escalated issues, provide remote and in office support, and drive incidents and service requests to timely resolution.
Day-to-day duties include troubleshooting hardware/software/network problems, Microsoft 365 admin, and SharePoint Online design and migrations.
