I am looking for a Book Editor - AUSTRALIA based only - to be part of a collaborative team to get my books out into the world. The team would be me, the writer, YOU, the editor, and a sales and marketing person.

I have a Print on Demand company in Melbourne that I already work with.

There would be some 'sweat equity' required in the start up weeks/months and then we would work on an agreed percentage share from each book sale. By 'sweat equity' I mean there would be some work that is not 'fee for service'. You would be required to do some work, like the rest of the team, and then there would be a profit share after sales. Percentage shares for each team member will be set for each book.

If we all work well and work as a team, this can be a nice financial avenue for all of us.

Obviously it would be good to like how and what I write!

The current manuscripts I have rady for editing are nearly all novels.
