We are looking to expand our client base across Australia and are seeking commercially driven Business Development Partners who can connect us with businesses looking to adopt AI and technology solutions.

The OpportunityThis is a purely commission-based opportunity with an attractive revenue-sharing model.

Your role is straightforward: bring clients to the table, and we take care of everything else.

You identify potential clients, establish relationships and introduce qualified business opportunities to AdaptrixAI.

Our technical and delivery teams handle the entire process, including:

- Client discovery and technical consultations.
- Solution architecture and proposal development.
- AI and software development.
- Full-stack application development.
- Project management and delivery.
- Ongoing technical support and client relationships.

You earn a 25% commission, while AdaptrixAI retains 75% for solution development, delivery, operations and ongoing client management. There is no requirement to develop software, manage projects or deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach businesses that could benefit from AI and technology solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through your professional network, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives and decision-makers.




- Understand high-level business challenges and identify potential opportunities for AdaptrixAI.
- Introduce prospective clients and facilitate initial conversations with our team.
- Help establish long-term commercial relationships.
