Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a large housekeeping team at Eureka Village in Central Queensland. The role is physical and hands-on, and offers fly-in fly-out from Brisbane or drive-in drive-out from Mackay and nearby areas.
You will train, lead and motivate the team to meet contractual standards, conduct prestart meetings, address performance issues, reinforce protected work practices and prepare performance reports.
