Downer is partnering with Homes Victoria to deliver essential vacant and upgrade works across social housing in Victoria. The Vacant & Upgrade Works Manager will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating multi-trade teams, inspections and hand-backs to ensure timely, safe and high-quality outcomes.

You will bring a tertiary qualification in Building/Construction or related field and proven experience managing high-volume refurbishment projects, with solid governance, reporting and safety
