This fixed-term, project-based role supports the Sandhurst Diocese across employee relations and payroll, delivering a structured compliance program and governance framework.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated People Compliance team, coordinate multiple workstreams, and engage with stakeholders to sustain compliant and improved organisational outcomes.
