MSWA is seeking a Neuro Connect afterhours Nurse for permanent part time shifts in Butler or Shenton Park, WA. The role involves site visits, community night support, and occasional weekday night shifts, with travel across the Perth metro area.
The roster includes Saturday and Sunday daytime shifts, with an emphasis on continuity of care for clients with neurological conditions. You will manage continence and wound care, support palliative care needs, and assist with referrals and NDIs funding
