APAC FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician for a permanent position at a prestigious Melbourne facility.

The Role
- Maintain and fault find commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
- Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
- Monitor BMS alarms and building plant performance
- Carry out preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Complete digital work orders, reports and documentation
- Participate in occasional standby duties
What You'll Need
The following qualifications are mandatory:
- Restricted Electrical Licence (REL)
You will also need:
- Strong commercial HVAC service and fault finding experience
- Knowledge of AHUs, pumps, fans and mechanical plant
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems and programs
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
