About The Role

Sydney Local Health District has a long and proud history of delivering care in the community including prevention, early intervention, assessment, treatment, health maintenance and continuing care services designed to improve and support the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.

In this position, you will provide an evidence-based clinical service for children, and supervision for peers and, where Board approved, trainee clinical psychologists.

Ideal Candidate

- Current AHPRA general registration as a psychologist with an endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology.
- Evidenced competence in assessing, diagnosing, case formulating, and treating psychological problems in children.
- Evidenced competence in diagnosing developmental problems in children including the use of standardised psychometric tools.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
- Ability to work on a Monday - Friday roster (8.30am - 5.00pm)
