Criniti's Woden, trading as MELBORNE HOLDINGS PTY LTD, is opening a current Criniti's restaurant at Westfield Woden in Canberra. It is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Chef to join its kitchen team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will prepare a broad range of Southern Italian dishes, monitor quality and safety, mentor junior staff, and work with front-of-house to ensure a high standard of service in a busy kitchen.
