About the role

You’ll lead our Sales Development team and own the pipeline that feeds our Account Executives.

What you’ll do

- Own SDR pipeline targets and overall team performance

- Lead a team of 4–6 SDRs: regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and team meetings

- Build and refine the SDR playbooks

- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and ICP alignment

- Own hiring input, onboarding and ramp plans for new SDRs, and develop high performers into AE or leadership pathways

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales (SDR and/or AE experience)

- 1–2+ years leading or mentoring sales representatives

- A proven record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets, personally and at team level

- Strong understanding of SaaS pipeline, qualification and forecasting





- Comfortable using data to manage performance and make decisions

- CRM and sales tooling experience (Pipedrive a plus)

Nice to have

- Experience scaling or building an SDR team from a small base

- Healthcare, professional services or productivity SaaS background
