The Tasmanian Cardiothoracic Unit at Royal Hobart Hospital is seeking applicants for the 2027 training year as an Unaccredited Registrar in Cardiothoracic Surgery. The unit provides exposure to a wide range of cardiac and thoracic procedures and includes teaching and supervision of interns and medical students.

The role involves peri-operative management, outpatient clinics, operative surgery and research opportunities, with a 1:3 on-call pattern and a fixed-term, full time schedule commencing 1
