Muscle Mat is seeking a friendly Customer Service Agent to join a small, supportive team in Brisbane. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat and social media, and maintain customer records in Gorgias.

You will process orders, returns and exchanges in Shopify, and collaborate with the team to meet service targets and improve processes. Experience with Gorgias or similar CRM is highly regarded; Shopify experience is a plus.
