NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Mount Druitt NSW is seeking a Community Corrections Team Leader to provide skilled support, mentoring and leadership to ensure a high standard of service delivery that aligns with legislation, policies and the organisation's values.

You will lead a team of Community Corrections Officers, developing staff capabilities, overseeing complex caseloads and working across community offices or parole units within a Correctional Centre environment.
