Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across the commercial insurance market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, referral partners and key industry contacts.
- Understand clients businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms with insurers and present suitable coverage options.




- Work collaboratively with internal broking and service teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and market developments.

About You

- Experience in general insurance broking, ideally with a focus on new business development.
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate leads and convert opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of the Sydney insurance market.
