Join the CopperTree Farms Team in Frenchs Forest as an experienced, trade-qualified Butcher / Boner. Operating out of our Frenchs Forest facility, you will be a core part of a high-performing team handling top-tier, restaurant-quality product from start to finish, breaking down whole beasts on-site and working with some of the best culinary beef and artisan brands in the country.

Key responsibilities

Efficiently and cleanly break down whole bodies of beef to maximize yield and maintain premium standards

Bone out and portion specific cuts, including signature dry-aged bone-in sirloins and rib eyes, with exceptional attention to detail

Ensure all meat handling adheres strictly to food safety, hygiene, and cold-chain compliance standards

Work seamlessly alongside production and dispatch teams to meet daily volume targets and wholesale orders

About you

Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent commercial boning experience





Solid experience in whole-beast breakdown and wholesale boning with beef focus

Exceptional knife skills with a focus on yield optimization, consistency, and safety

Strong work ethic with the physical fitness required for heavy lifting and long shifts in a chilled environment
