About the job
- Oversee daily reception duties, operating the switchboard, and delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including creditor reconciliations, general ledger coding, and invoice processing.
- Handle Accounts Receivable functions, such as processing credit applications, reviewing debtor accounts, and managing collections.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting organisation, and office supply management.
- Assist with branch payroll oversight and the administration of workplace injury claims.

Required skills
- Proven experience in a similar, varied administration or accounts role.
- A Certificate III in Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills with solid attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer literacy, effective time management, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, working well
