Living Valley Health Retreat - Kin Kin QLD

This is a diverse, people-focused role combining reception, guest services, administration and sales support. You'll play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests, from their first enquiry through to their departure.

Your role will involve supporting day-to-day reception and guest services operations, while also assisting with guest enquiries, following up with prospective guests and helping convert enquiries into bookings. You'll ensure guests feel welcomed, supported and well looked after throughout their experience with Living Valley.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs and general reception enquiries.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support guest enquiries, increase bookings and achieve retreat occupancy targets.

Provide warm, professional and attentive service to guests throughout their stay.

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails and assist with onsite enquiries.

Schedule guest appointments, treatments and bookings using booking systems.

Help prospective guests understand our retreat programs and find the experience best suited to their needs.

Follow up with prospective guests and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

About you

Has previous experience in reception, FOH or admin.

Previous sales experience,



with confidence in managing enquiries, following up with prospective guests and converting leads into bookings.

Is warm, personable and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Has strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner.

Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.

Has excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Is confident using booking systems, email and general office software.

Has a genuine interest in health, wellness and helping people.

Is flexible, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.

Highly desirable: Previous experience in a health retreat or wellness environment;

Familiarity with Timely, ActiveCampaign and/or Retreat Guru.
