Cummins Tamworth, NSW, is seeking a talented Supervisor, Truck Bay to lead a team of 12-14 technicians and apprentices. You will coach, mentor and direct work, review repair plans, source materials and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, productive and high-quality outcomes.
You will promote safety, quality and customer service, contribute to KPIs, and sometimes be hands-on with tools. This 100% on-site role operates Monday to Friday at a state-of-the-art Tamworth branch.
