The Crescent Hotel, part of the Albert Hospitality Group in North Hobart, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef. You’ll ensure smooth service, high-quality dishes and outstanding guest experiences in a beautifully restored historic venue.

You will manage a busy kitchen, mentor staff, control stock and costs, and uphold the highest standards. The role offers a salary range and adaptable options within a growing Tasmanian group.
