DGL Group’s Bulk Transport Division seeks a Driver Trainer & Compliance Supervisor based in Port Kembla. This hands-on role blends driver training, competency assessment, load restraint and tarping training, and transport compliance oversight.

You will partner with drivers and operations to build capability, conduct audits, and manage corrective actions while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
