Dick Stone is looking for an organised, reliable Invoicing Clerk to support our Dispatch and Transport team at Regents Park.

You’ll process customer invoices, check order details and prepare delivery paperwork so our drivers have everything they need before heading out. This is a hands‑on administration role in a busy dispatch environment, where accuracy, communication and meeting deadlines matter.

What you’ll be doing

- Processing customer invoices accurately and in time for scheduled deliveries.
- Checking orders, quantities, weights, pricing and customer details against picking and dispatch records.
- Preparing invoices, delivery dockets and driver paperwork.
- Following up discrepancies and late changes with production, packing, sales and dispatch.
- Processing invoice adjustments in line with company procedures.
- Keeping accurate records and helping reconcile orders and dispatch documentation.




- Keeping the Transport Supervisor informed of any issues that could delay departures.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in invoicing, order processing, dispatch administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn business systems.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised under time pressure.
- Clear communication skills and a practical, helpful approach.
- Reliability and the ability to consistently start work at 4:00am.

Experience in food distribution, wholesale, transport or warehousing would be an advantage.

The role

This position offers approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 4:00am to 9:00am, with some flexibility required during peak trading periods. You’ll report to the Transport Supervisor and play an important part in keeping our daily deliveries moving.
