Duxton Vineyards in the Sunraysia region is seeking a hands-on Vineyard Supervisor to lead a dedicated team outdoors from planting to harvest. You’ll manage day-to-day vineyard operations, ensure safety, and uphold environmental commitments while keeping irrigation systems flowing smoothly.

You will use the Ezy Wine system to plan activities, train staff, and supervise quality assurance. This role offers a energetic environment with continuous opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.
