Easygo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (12 Month FTC) to shape people strategy and drive meaningful outcomes from our Melbourne office. You’ll partner with senior leaders across technical and cutting-edge teams, diagnosing challenges and building people plans that scale with the business.

You’ll lead organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategy, coach leaders, and own cyclical HR programs.
