The OpportunityMediCate Plus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Junior Doctor / Early-Career GP to join our clinic under an independent contractor arrangement. This flexible opportunity would suit a practitioner looking to supplement their existing work or take on additional clinical hours alongside other qualified commitments. Initially, the role will involve just a few hours per week, with the potential for appointment volumes to increase as the clinic grows and patient demand develops.

Responsibilities include conducting telephone consultations, completing individual clinical assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs. Practitioners will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and practising within their professional scope, in accordance with relevant professional standards, TGA requirements and applicable state or territory legislation.

We're looking for someone who is approachable,



professional and genuinely enjoys working with patients.

Experience in telehealth or alternative healthcare is beneficial but not essential. Training, onboarding and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Remuneration is paid per appointment, with rates and engagement arrangements discussed with suitable applicants.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner or medical practitioner (Junior Doctor / Early-Career GP), with appropriate qualifications and prescribing authority for the role.
- A valid ABN and willingness to engage under an independent contractor arrangement.
- Current professional indemnity insurance appropriate to your qualifications, scope of practice and clinical services.
- A genuine commitment to patient-centred care, with a compassionate and approachable manner.
- Excellent communication skills, sound clinical judgement and high professional and ethical standards.
- The ability to work independently in a remote telehealth environment.
- An interest in telehealth, alternative healthcare or medicinal cannabis. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to working within relevant clinical,



regulatory and professional requirements.
- Australian residency and the ability to work within Australia.
