About the role ✨

As our Junior Business Development Manager, your role will split between dreaming up ways to make our workplace feel like home and supporting the team to build client relationships and opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, brings people together, makes things happen and wants to understand how a consulting business grows. From driving internal activities and vendor events to supporting recruitment and account management, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved across Vivanti and gradually grow into the commercial side of things.

We’re all about growth here, so you’ll never be left to figure it out alone. Here’s a peek at what your days will look like:

- Vibe Management: You’ll be our local chief fun officer, bringing people together through internal events, weekly training sessions and fun activities that make people actually want to come into the office.
- The Space Maker: You’ll be the nurturer of our physical office, making sure it isn’t just a place we work, but a space where people feel at home, the snacks are stocked and the atmosphere is just right for big ideas.
- The Ultimate Welcome: You’ll be the first face our people see, making sure every recent hire feels the love and settles in as a true Vivantian from day one. You’ll also be the office go-to person.




- Making Things Happen: Take ownership of ideas and initiatives, from employee engagement activities and recruitment support to events that strengthen our relationships with clients, partners and the wider tech community.
- Campaigns, Clients & Connections: Bring vendor and industry events to life through planning, logistics and follow-ups.
- Your Commercial Journey: Work alongside the Leadership Team to learn how we build client relationships, identify opportunities and drive commercial growth. Over time, there’s room to develop towards account management and take on more responsibility across business development.
