Role Description The Landscaper role at AtmoScape Pty Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing gardening and landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, lawn care, mulching, and weed control. The role also involves assisting with landscape design implementation, installing and maintaining irrigation systems, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to high quality standards.

The Landscaper will work closely with team members and supervisors, follow project plans and schedules, operate landscaping tools and machinery, and maintain a clean and organized work site.



This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and occasionally flexible hours to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in landscape maintenance and general landscaping tasks, including routine care of lawns, plants, and outdoor areas.
- Solid gardening skills, with experience in planting, soil preparation, pruning, and ongoing plant health care.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use.
- Experience supporting or executing landscape design plans, with an eye for aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and machinery, and follow workplace health and safety practices.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors, perform manual labor, and handle varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills, with reliability and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualification or trade certification in landscaping or horticulture is advantageous; prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is highly valued.
