We're Hiring: Lead Snowflake Platform Engineer / Technical Lead

? Location: Sydney, Australia – Hybrid

? Duration: 12-month contract

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Snowflake specialist to establish and operationalise an enterprise Snowflake platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Snowflake platform architecture, implementation and administration.
- Manage accounts, environments, virtual warehouses and workload optimisation.
- Implement RBAC, security, authentication and access controls.
- Establish networking, monitoring, auditing and operational controls.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise platform performance.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

Ideal Candidate:





- Proven experience building and operationalising Snowflake platforms in large enterprise environments.
- Solid expertise in Snowflake platform administration, security and automation.
- Experience with enterprise-scale platform architecture and production operations.

This is a platform engineering opportunity, not a generic Snowflake development role.
