Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6–12 years of relevant professional experience in software development
- Proven experience leading software development teams or managing technical projects
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++
- Experience with software architecture, system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and modern development frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies,



code reviews, and software development best practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
- English proficiency (IELTS or equivalent), as required
