Silverchain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support older Australians in Picton and surrounding areas. You will perform home care tasks to help clients stay independent and secure at home.

With a minimum 3 months' experience, you will provide personal care, housekeeping, and mobility support, and assist with medications. A valid Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle are required; travel between client homes is expected.
