Join a global leader in metal manufacturing at their high-volume plant in the Taree region. Due to an increased volume of work, we are looking for a Can Line Technician to join our production team.

You don’t need a piece of paper to prove you’re positive with gear—your experience and aptitude speak for themselves. As a Can Line Technician, you are the heartbeat of the production floor. You will ensure our client's aerosol manufacturing lines run at peak performance.
This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically adept, loves troubleshooting, and enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. While a formal trade certificate isn't required, a natural "mechanical thumb" and a passion for how things work are essential.

The Role:

- Machine Operation & Setup: Precision setting and adjusting of high-speed equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying mechanical hiccups before they become breakdowns.
- Basic Maintenance: Using general hand tools to perform minor repairs and routine equipment servicing.
- Operational Excellence: Monitoring line flow and documenting any incidents or technical issues to ensure 24/7 reliability.
- Safety First: Strict adherence to WHS regulations to keep yourself and your team safe.
