Mercy Health in Melbourne seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centred, evidence-based services within a multidisciplinary Home Care team. You will conduct home assessments, develop intervention plans, and coordinate with clients, families and carers to improve independence and quality of life.

Requirements include Bachelor or Master in Occupational Therapy, current AHPRA registration, driver's license, and robust assessment, planning and communication skills.
