Our client is an established real estate agency with multiple offices across the Northern Beaches. They are looking for a reliable casual Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing basis. The role offers 1 guaranteed day per week, with additional shifts available to cover leave and the Christmas closure period. This is a great fit for a uni student looking for flexible, consistent work alongside their studies.
About the Role
- Front of house reception across multiple offices
- Greeting clients, buyers, tenants and visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
- Managing emails and general correspondence
- Key register management and signing keys in and out
- Updating the CRM and database
- Assisting sales and property management teams with administrative tasks
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Keeping reception and office areas presentable
- Covering leave and the Christmas closure period as required
About You
To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to travel between offices
- Availability for at least 1 day per week plus cover over the Christmas period
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
