Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance across two residential construction projects in Sydney. You will work closely with Site Managers and senior leadership to drive protected practices and robust safety systems on site.

With a hands-on, practical approach, you will manage day-to-day safety, complete risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to a proactive safety culture across the projects.
