Dyson is seeking a Head of HR, ANZ in Sydney to own the end-to-end ANZ people strategy, aligning workforce, culture and capability with sustainable growth. The role partners the ANZ Managing Director and APAC Leaders to deliver a focused people agenda across Australia and Current Zealand.

The Head of HR will lead the ANZ People team, operate autonomously, and work with regional colleagues to drive performance, change and inclusion while ensuring governance and compliance.
