Emmanuel College Gold Coast invites an experienced educational leader to join our Junior School as Director of Pastoral Care (Years 3–6), from 01 January 2027. This fixed-term role focuses on student wellbeing, character development and faith-informed pastoral programs within a Christ-centred college community.

Working with the Head of Junior School, you will lead wellbeing initiatives, support staff, and strengthen relationships with students and families while upholding child safety standards
