Panthers Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead business events sales across Western Sydney Convention Centre and Events Centre Penrith. You will shape the sales strategy for both venues, develop the team and build opportunities that grow revenue and venue utilisation.

This role requires a commercially minded leader who can proactively source recent business, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings across two venues as a unified business
