Journey Beyond is seeking a Reservations & Retail Sales Officer for Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo. You will manage guest inquiries, bookings, and payments while supporting daily retail operations in our shop front.

You will be frontline, delivering accurate information and exceptional customer service, liaising with marine operations for guest numbers and transfers, and promoting merchandise and dive gear. A safety-focused, team-oriented attitude is essential.
