Premium Guest Executive Interstate | The Star Brisbane

As a Premium Guest Executive – Interstate, you will play a key role in growing The Star Entertainment Group’s domestic market by building and nurturing strong relationships with premium guests. You’ll manage an interstate portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, re-engaging lapsed customers and driving visitation and revenue across our properties. Working within a dynamic sales team, you’ll deliver targeted relationship marketing initiatives, host in-market dining experiences and support premium events across The Star’s properties.

You’ll work closely with property marketing and service teams to ensure each guest receives a seamless, personalised experience. With regular interstate travel, you’ll stay close to your market, monitor customer trends and uncover opportunities to grow and protect your portfolio. What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a gaming, casino, hotel or premium hospitality environment, ideally with at least 1 year in a similar setting.
- Experience in local or domestic casino marketing, VIP guest relations or relationship management will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build genuine relationships with premium guests and key stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of the casino environment and associated regulatory and compliance requirements.
- A commercially minded approach with a passion for customer engagement, business development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Mandarin and/or Vietnamese language skills would be highly regarded.
