Our client, a rapidly expanding corporate automotive organisation, is seeking an accomplished Head of Legal to join its senior leadership structure and provide strategic, commercially focused legal counsel across its Australian operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior legal professional with automotive industry experience to partner directly with the CEO and Executive team, influence business strategy and play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth.

The Opportunity

- Provide strategic legal advice across complex commercial, franchising, regulatory and corporate governance matters.
- Lead legal, risk, compliance and governance frameworks across the business.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and manage disputes, litigation and regulatory matters.
- Advise on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships and business expansion.




- Drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive, commercially focused legal and compliance culture.

About You

You are a commercially astute senior legal qualified with substantial in-house experience and a strong understanding of the Australian automotive landscape. You bring expertise in commercial contracts, franchising, competition and consumer law, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, together with the confidence to influence at executive level.
